Alisterís passion for Hip Hop began in 2002 when he was apart of Melbourne's youngest hip hop crew, Replay. Heavily influenced by video clips and other choreographers around him, he began taking classes at Unitd Styles Dance Studio undergoing Hip Hop and Jazz.

In early 2005, Alister was accepted into a dance company called FX Entertainment, which led him to performing at places such as the Flemington Races, International Kickboxing Championships as well as regular performances at Lotus Bar & Viva Cabaret.

Currently studying Performance Studies at Victoria Univertsity, Alister is able to widen his skills in the drama, dance and music departments in order to fulfill his life long dream of becoming a great performer and a performing artist. He has competed at the Groove Urban Festival 2005-2006 as well as Battlegrounds International hip hop competition 2006.

He has also be performed at the 2006 Commonwealth Games opening ceremony.

Joining Beatphonik in 2006 has made Alister more determined than ever to becoming the best dancer he can be.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
LA! So that I could learn more styles of Hip Hop as well as going to Disneyland

Name the weirdest place you have ever busted out a move.
In the toilet whilst doing my business. HeHe.

If your dancing style could be a colour, what would it be and why?
Red and Black because itís dark and edgy. Red has the ability to hit the moves and be aggressive whilst Black has the ability to be versatile and dance different styles.

Whatís the biggest, brightest and loudest item of clothing you own?
Baggy Ralph Loren bright orange pants with giant pockets and zips.

What was your first job?
Working at Coles Supermarket in the deli department.

What other talents/hobbies do you have?
Cooking! Beatphonik know me as the BP Chef.

What has been your most memorable dance experience?
Performing with Beatphonik at Groove Melbourne 2006. Being able to perform the Chess show with Beatphnonik will be an experience I will never forget.
